Tricorp understands the needs of designers and architects. We have a strong history of executing commercial fit outs exactly to scale and budget. Our team work daily with both designers and architects and understand that whilst each job is different, the same principles apply. We have for many years demonstrated for our clients the ability to realize your conceptual vision into reality.

Designers use Tricorp on a repeat basis as we have demonstrated over time the ability to understand a brief and complete a job on time, to scale, and to budget.

To ensure our delivery on a project, our directors oversee each project from its inception through to completion. Tricorp considers using the latest in project management software and systems as standard, and its directors are onsite to oversee every aspect of the project. Tricorp can work either with your chosen architect or designer or with you directly. We have a team of designers on hand to help you to both visualize, and plan your fit out. Our staff have the qualifications that you should expect and we understand the importance of deadlines.
